Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead expansion and revenue opportunities in the recruiting and ATS provider sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with recruiting firms and ATS providers
• Leverage existing connections to generate leads and build trust with potential clients
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in the recruiting or HR technology industry
• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships with recruiting firms and/or ATS providers
• Significant experience selling ATS software solutions
• A keen interest in AI and its application in the recruiting industry
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within the United States
