Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles, with a proven track record of building RevOps functions
• Experience establishing revenue operations in high-growth environments, preferably in technology or SaaS
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and revenue operations technology stack
• Demonstrated success in designing sales compensation plans and deal desk structures
• Experience implementing and optimizing sales methodologies and pipeline stages
