A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead their revenue operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a thought partner to go-to-market leadership, developing and implementing operational strategies
• Streamline go-to-market processes to improve lead-to-cash efficiency and build scalable systems for sales forecasting
• Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights while maintaining high data integrity across systems

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based revenue model
• Deep expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively
• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
