Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations roles supporting revenue-focused teams with increasing responsibility
• Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of marketing and sales technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems
• Experience defining KPIs and building reporting frameworks that connect activities to business outcomes
• Strong process design skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
