Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management for assigned markets and national projects
• Analyze performance against benchmarks and provide support to senior management on revenue management matters
• Manage teams to ensure accuracy and financial viability of accounts receivable and develop improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree preferred
• Experience in managing physician revenue cycle with a thorough understanding of various payers
• Experience with AthenaHealth
• Minimum of seven years of experience managing large, multi-specialty physician groups
• Solid knowledge of medical information systems for billing and accounts receivable
