Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution of quality engineering for scalable storage solutions
• Oversee Release Quality Engineering, System Quality Engineering, and Quality & Productivity Analytics
• Lead a team to establish testing tools, processes, and metrics to ensure high-quality product releases

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software quality validation in storage architectures or HPC distributed systems
• Strong experience in software test design, execution, automation, and metrics
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for Linux/UNIX environments
• Experience with traditional storage protocols and data storage concepts
• BS/MS/Ph.D in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent degree/experience
