Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Population Health Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion measurement of Population Health Performance Deals, including KPIs and analytical measures
• Design and maintain complex models for population health dynamics and performance measurement
• Act as a liaison between the Medical Economics team and stakeholders, communicating key findings in the Population Health space

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics/informatics teams and familiarity with analytics languages and platforms
• Technical, analytical, and financial experience in healthcare claims and EHR data
• Advanced understanding of Risk Adjustment modeling and methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python)
