Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and champion a multi-year vision and roadmap for People Technology to enhance the employee experience
  • Manage the portfolio of People systems and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap
  • Build and lead a team of technology professionals, fostering growth and professional development
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and leading people technology initiatives (HRIS/HRIT, ATS, LMS, etc.)
  • Expertise in Workday; experience in Greenhouse preferred
  • Deep knowledge of HR strategy, processes, and best practices
  • Experience managing vendors and strengthening external partnerships
  • Experience leading a globally distributed team and managing contractors
