Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of progressive communications experience, particularly in employee engagement and change management
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Experience advising executive leadership and developing integrated communications strategies
• Exceptional strategic thinking, writing, and storytelling capabilities
