A company is looking for a Director of Organic Acquisition to lead organic search growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the organic acquisition strategy, focusing on SEO, content, and LLM optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage a high-performing team and advocate for SEO across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SEO or related field, with 5+ years in people management
• Deep expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and content SEO
• Experience with sites having 2M+ monthly organic visits is preferred
• Proficient in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Track record of driving organic growth through innovation and cross-functional influence
