Director of Operations Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Network Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-range manufacturing strategies and plans, identifying operational factors impacting capacity
• Perform data analysis and modeling to optimize manufacturing network performance
• Lead Manufacturing Network Design by modality and nodes, supporting business case development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; MBA or equivalent experience may be considered
• 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or a similarly regulated industry
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions, especially at senior leadership levels
• Demonstrated capability in developing and leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Experience in managing large-scale change initiatives within a manufacturing context
