Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Technology to lead the strategic direction and management of their marketing technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a MarTech strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
• Lead the design of a secure, integrated MarTech architecture including CRM, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
• Establish governance processes and standards for data privacy, compliance, and technology use

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in marketing technology leadership for a large organization
• Background in software development or engineering
• Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo/Eloqua, and CDPs
• Strong understanding of marketing data, integration, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
