A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to lead marketing infrastructure and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack and ensure integration with CRM systems
• Build and manage end-to-end campaign operations processes, including lead scoring and nurturing
• Align with sales and marketing leadership to assess funnel health and optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role
• 3+ years in a leadership position
• Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Experience managing data-driven marketing strategies and funnel analytics
