Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing to manage and drive marketing efforts for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including brand awareness and community engagement
• Manage partnerships and sponsorships while supporting sales initiatives
• Conduct tests and measure outcomes of marketing activities, overseeing staff and coordinating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related roles
• Proven success in all stages of marketing and PR campaigns
• Experience with project design and management, including setting deadlines and milestones
• Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis tools like Google Analytics
• Experience with AI marketing tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
