Director of Logistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Logistics responsible for optimizing the logistics network for beverage delivery across the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement across logistics operations
• Ensure adherence to standard work procedures and achieve inventory accuracy through accountability and root cause investigations
• Hire, train, and develop a team to meet customer expectations and deliver financial results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in distribution, warehouse settings, or supply chain management
• Preferred experience in food/beverage and/or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES systems preferred
