A company is looking for a Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy to support business growth and enhance operational efficiency
• Lead cloud and on-premise infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability and performance
• Oversee large-scale IT projects, including application migrations and process automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or a related field; certifications in ITIL, Prince-2, or equivalent preferred
• Over 12 years of experience in IT service management and infrastructure leadership
• Proven track record in scaling IT operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and IT governance
• Experienced in budgeting and cost optimization across tools and vendors
