Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global infrastructure and security operations teams
• Own the operational strategy for system availability, performance, and security monitoring
• Oversee day-to-day execution of infrastructure and security services, ensuring operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and security operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in systems engineering, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
• Deep understanding of incident response and operational risk management
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure and security challenges
