Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior advisor to various teams, aligning business priorities with measurable outcomes
  • Develop cross-functional measurement frameworks to quantify the value delivered to pharmaceutical clients
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in analytics, GTM strategy, or healthcare consulting roles
  • At least 4 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep experience with BI platforms and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong command of pharmaceutical marketing metrics (e.g., TRx/NBRx, ROI, attribution models)
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) strongly preferred
