Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RFP responses, sales collateral, and pricing models for OUAF-based services
• Serve as Delivery Manager for Managed Services clients and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee service delivery performance and establish Standard Operating Procedures in line with ITIL best practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Oracle Utilities Application Framework Solution Architect
• Demonstrated experience in leading Managed Services or long-term support engagements
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience managing SOPs for service operations
• Proficient in managing offshore/onshore teams and vendor coordination
