Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the enrollment strategy team, ensuring exceptional delivery of strategies to meet client enrollment goals
• Translate client institutional goals into effective demand generation and recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize execution and serve as a primary consultant for clients

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive enrollment roles, including 3+ years as VP/AVP of Enrollment Management or Director of Admissions at a regional public university
• Documented success in reversing or accelerating enrollment trends with specific metrics
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Slate, and familiarity with Salesforce Education Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in relevant fields
