Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Duals Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Market Duals Implementation lead for assigned markets, advocating for market-specific needs and regulatory nuances
• Manage implementation status reporting, risk tracking, and issue resolution across multiple functional workstreams
• Facilitate high-impact working sessions and maintain knowledge of CMS and state-specific D-SNP requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare, Health Policy, or Health Plan operations required
• 4+ years of experience as a team lead or manager leading cross-functional initiatives required
• 2+ years of experience with D-SNP plans or Medicaid/Medicare alignment initiatives required
