A company is looking for a Director of Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to build machine learning models for card acquisition and credit management programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire modeling cycle from design to performance tracking
• Evaluate third-party solutions to deliver high ROI results

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in credit card modeling for consumer lending
• Advanced degree (M.S./PhD) in statistics, computer science, engineering, physical sciences, economics, or a related field
• Strong background in machine learning and its application to business problems
• Experience with Google Cloud data environment and technologies such as Python, Spark, SQL, and Tableau
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the lending business
