A company is looking for a Director of Data Platform & Governance to lead its centralized data function.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce centralized data governance and compliance controls
• Own the business intelligence platform, including dashboard strategy and self-service analytics
• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure to ensure data integrity and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform management
• 3+ years of experience in people management, leading technical teams
• Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise data platforms
• Experience with implementing data governance programs in complex organizations
• Deep expertise in modern data stack technologies and cloud platforms
