Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 10 to 15 years of experience in product or program delivery for data, analytics, or AI initiatives
• Experience leading complex cross-functional data projects with measurable business impact
• Familiarity with modern data architecture, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and ML lifecycle practices
• Strong knowledge of data product management and delivery practices
