Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Analytics to drive advanced analytics initiatives supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a vision and strategy for data analytics and reporting initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Design and build a scalable analytics ecosystem to deliver impactful insights across commercialization functions
• Lead cloud-to-cloud migration and modernize reporting infrastructure to enhance data accessibility and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in leadership roles within Biotech, Data Analytics, and Product Launch
• Hands-on experience in building scalable analytics and working with cross-functional teams
• Deep expertise in cloud analytics platforms, particularly within the Azure ecosystem
• Experience in compliance and regulated environments, including GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, and PHI data
