Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience managing data teams of 10+ members in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with data governance in a scaling SaaS company
• Solid understanding of architectural data concepts, including API design and data pipelines
• Experience leading teams in predictive modeling and analytics capabilities
