Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Process Management in Customer Order Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess and improve order management processes

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of expertise in process optimization and managing outsourced vendor relationships
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and managing complex projects
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management systems and data analytics tools
