Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Success to lead and drive the execution of product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Track progress toward sales goals and maintain revenue tracking with the Finance Team
• Build and maintain sales reporting structures and manage client outreach to maximize sales
• Support business development efforts and maintain client satisfaction through strong relationships and exceptional service

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house campaign or agency experience in digital or direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations
• Experience managing cross-team projects with various stakeholders
• Client management experience with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience with business development or sales
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize both client and business success
