Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Data Analysts and BI Engineers while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Designs, develops, and maintains data analytics and business intelligence practices
• Collaborates with leadership to define KPIs and metrics for organizational success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, applied math, or a related field is required
• 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence within a financial organization is required
• 5+ years of management experience is required
• Experience with building business intelligence platforms and services, particularly with Power BI, Fabric, and Snowflake is required
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling is required
