Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development who will focus on qualifying new customers and developing relationships in the drug delivery EMS space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new strategic alliances with key customers in the Drug Delivery/Med Device space
• Research and align customer business strategies with Flex resources for mutual benefit
• Act as the primary contact for showcasing Flex's capabilities within the Medical Device/Drug Delivery space

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience selling manufacturing services related to Medical Device/Drug Delivery Systems
• Typically requires 7 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
• Experience in the EMS/CMO/engineering business environment
• Ability to successfully influence senior level management and key clients
