Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate key business operating processes including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive performance management by ensuring timely and reliable KPIs with clear visibility of results
• Deliver analytical reports and translate financial results into narratives that support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations
• Strong financial acumen in operational and financial planning
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools
• 7 years of management and functional experience
