Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Analysis and Solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of enterprise applications supporting sales and contract lifecycle operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop technical requirements
• Manage a team responsible for business analysis and solution design across front-office systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business analysis, or solution delivery, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms, pricing tools, and CLM technologies
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams in global organizations
• Strong understanding of front-office business processes including lead-to-order and contract management
