• Oversee brand and communications direction in collaboration with Account and Creative Leads
• Track campaign success and manage the award submission process

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of total business experience
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or communications agency experience
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications
• Experience in developing successful pharmaceutical marketing strategies
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
