Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists
• Lead the design and scaling of the Core Reporting Catalog in Tableau
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or data warehousing roles
• 4+ years of previous management experience
• Strong knowledge of data analysis methods, tools, and best practices
• BS or MS degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field
