Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital strategy, execution, and performance reporting for a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others
• Develop SEO strategies and oversee implementation to improve visibility and content performance
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution and reporting
• Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SEO and content performance optimization
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush and platform-specific dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
