Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and assisting with jewelry selection and diamond education
• Drive sales by managing appointments, nurturing leads, and contributing to company growth
• Collaborate with team members on clienteling, custom design projects, and share customer trends to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• E-commerce or retail sales experience with a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
• Diamond expertise and jewelry experience preferred; certification as a Gemologist is a plus
• Independent, motivated, and well-organized
• Must be available to work on weekends
