Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager to lead their DevOps team and optimize technology infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring successful execution of initiatives
• Define and implement strategies, processes, and tools for automation and reliability in software development and operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the software delivery lifecycle and implement scalable infrastructure solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps with a background in software development and IT operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and tools, including CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
