Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by triaging and resolving customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in cloud-based environments, preferably with AWS
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and containerization tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell
