Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Execute OS migrations and utilize imaging tools for system setups
• Manage and support enterprise applications and remote desktop tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support experience in a large enterprise setting
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience with OS migrations and proficiency in imaging tools
• Familiarity with Intune, OneDrive, and BitLocker
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
