Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Director to join their design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of designers to develop impactful marketing creative from brief to delivery
• Coordinate strategic creative briefs, defining a top-level creative vision and overseeing delivery of final creative assets
• Present succinctly and professionally to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related creative field (design, advertising, etc.)
• 6+ years of professional experience in an in-house team or creative agency
• 6+ years of experience managing designers, including brand, motion, and web design
• Extensive experience working with external agencies and design vendors
• A strategic design portfolio demonstrating design process and leadership in delivering high-bar creative
