Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denial Management Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, including greeting patients, completing legal forms, and securing demographic information
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and perform cash reconciliation while adhering to financial policies
• Verify insurance and benefits, complete financial clearance activities, and assist with scheduling post-discharge care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0 - 1 year in a Customer Service role
• 0 - 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility or related area preferred
• Some college coursework is preferred
• Knowledge of hospital functions and relationships preferred
