Demo Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demo Engineer to enable the go-to-market team by creating compelling demonstrations of their AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demo infrastructure, including tools and environments for showcasing platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to enhance demo storytelling and technical accuracy
• Create industry-specific use cases and support pilots and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product value

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in demo engineering, technical sales enablement, or related fields
• Experience with CCaaS platforms, CRMs, and building integrations
• Familiarity with telephony systems and conversational AI technologies
• Technical fluency with APIs and programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on simplifying technical concepts for demos
