Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Execution Manager who is both an operator and a learner to implement a signal-based demand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute demand programs across various channels including paid media, organic social, ABM campaigns, email, and events
• Operationalize the strategy by converting core GTM plans into effective ads, copy, content ideas, and outbound kits
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Ops to align on programs and performance

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a demand generation or marketing execution role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and ad platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads
• Execution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Curious and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations and capable of collaborating effectively across teams
