Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Tech-savvy with reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
