Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Assurance Manager, AI/NUX.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter and technical expert for Anaplan Intelligence and UX products, advising on implementation strategies
• Lead technical enablement initiatives, including training programs and best-practice libraries for internal teams and partners
• Deliver actionable insights from the field to product and engineering to enhance usability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Anaplan's intelligence and UX products
• Experience in leading enterprise software implementations involving AI and decision optimization
• Practical knowledge of the intersection of UX and AI in enterprise environments
• Expertise in Anaplan modeling, data integration, and user onboarding across web and mobile
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
