Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Revenue Leaders to structure and manage deals
• Oversee quote generation, discount approvals, and ensure compliance with deal policies
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to align contracts with commercial objectives

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or commercial finance in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience supporting complex SaaS deal structures
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools; familiarity with CLM systems is a plus
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for pricing and scenario modeling
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
