Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to manage the quote-to-cash process and support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of new business deals from pricing to contract execution
• Support contract renewals and amendments in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales
• Manage the Salesforce CPQ tools and ensure smooth deal workflows and approvals

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps in a SaaS/B2B environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
• Strong analytical skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
• Experience in process improvement and automation
