Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Senior Electrical Engineer (Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design projects and represent the company at client meetings
• Provide staff performance criteria and conduct regular team meetings to address project issues
• Train staff in design processes and implement quality improvement programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering or a closely related field
• P.E. license required with 12 years of experience in electrical building systems design
• Experience in executing electrical building systems design projects
• Proficient in relevant technical software
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating within a diverse team focused on technical excellence
