DataStage ETL Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DataStage ETL Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes using IBM Infosphere DataStage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and warehousing initiatives
• Collaborate with business users and data architects to gather requirements and create technical specifications
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or similar
• 7+ years of experience as an ETL Developer, with 5 years specifically using IBM Infosphere DataStage
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques
