Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops data models to predict member outcomes and future impacts
• Constructs analysis tools to extract and analyze data for business needs
• Conducts exploratory data analysis and builds key data sets for operational analysis

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• Experience in data science capabilities including data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical modeling
• Proficient in large scale data acquisition and analysis of structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SAP, and MS SQL Server
• Experience with tools such as SAS and R for data analysis and reconciliation
